Careers

Peak is growing slowly and responsibly

Growing a company too quickly can result in poor training, poor clinical services, and high turnover. We don’t want that.

We train people well, treat people well, and grow our company naturally by promoting from within.

Great supervision opportunities

In order to promote from within, we need people to promote! We love to hire people who want to make ABA their career, and we’ve designed our benefits to support that (see below). We offer free BCBA/BCaBA supervision with no strings attached, tuition reimbursement, continuing education/professional development, certification renewal, and we’ll pay for your exam!

We take pride in shaping excellent future clinicians!

We value our team

Peak has a small, close-knit clinical team. We work well together, have fun together, and help each other out. If you work with us, you’ll feel like more than just an employee.

Peak's Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We believe that building a diverse team encourages a diversity of new ideas, and new ways to achieve our goals. We believe that team members who feel accepted will feel safe to express their thoughts, feelings, and ideas. We believe that team members who feel included and valued will be happier, more fulfilled, and more productive in their careers. We believe that a diverse team is better equipped with the knowledge and experience needed to serve our diverse community with the compassion and understanding that it deserves. Finally, we believe that our sincere efforts toward each of these ideals, although they will never be finished, will continue to improve every aspect of the ABA services that we provide to our clients and families.

How We Get There

In order to pursue diversity, equity, and inclusion within our team, Peak will take the following actionable steps:

  • Each Peak employee will participate in cultural humility training, both at hire and every year thereafter.

  • At least once every 2 years, Peak will re-evaluate its job posting, application, interviewing, and hiring processes, in order to encourage diversity in applying to available positions, and to ensure that applicants are evaluated fairly and without bias.  This may include but is not limited to evaluating the diversity of the hiring team, how and where positions are posted, interview questions, etc.
